Mr. Hughey has gained tremendous respect and developed an awesome reputation within the United States military community and government agencies for his penetrating approach to key management and technical consulting areas such as strategic planning, financial management, total quality improvement, analysis strategy implementation, medical health application software training on business process improvements.   Mr. Hughey attended Columbia Southern University, where he studied Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Mr. Hughey has acquired over 20 years of specialized training in Drug Testing Training, Site Security Manager Training, Career Managers Course, Equal Opportunity Courses.  Prior to the establishment of his management consulting firm Under One Unit, Mr. Hughey held top management positions in the military as a First Sergeant, managing 1750 armed forces personnel under his leadership and successfully managed a 2.3 million Department of Defense budget under his leadership.
